Spam from your MyLot friends?

Hi there workathome4us, Lol I got lots of them when i first new at mylot. Just don't add friends that don't respond your discussion or you respond theirs.

I am on Mylot for almost 2 years and I got maybe 3 spams, that's all. I looked into your discussions and I can see you mentioned other sites like GTP. Maybe because you mentioned site promotion, so other people are sending you their sites promotions as well...

I can't say that I've ever gotten any spam from any one at Mylot.What kind of spam are you getting?Are people sending it as a PM?

As a new user, you will be more apt to receiving the myLot spam. But you will find as you post more, fewer people will take you as a newb. I rarely receive spam now days, but I always entertain it. Who knows, maybe their program is that great, or maybe it isn't and you can show how great yours are. I am now in the mind frame that there is no such thing as spam! LOL

I have never had problems with spam on here. I think the best thing to do is only make friends with people who have a number hhigher than 100 on their name. The more you participate in discussions I think the less spam you will see. You can also always report the problem to the sites moderators.

I haven't gotten any messages from my friends here at all, so no spam for me thank goodness!!

I got some but not alot.ANd they were mostly from people that were new and arent active onhere.I get more spam in my email address.I would delete the ones that are spamming you.Myabe they are just trying to be helpful but all in all I never spam anyone.If someone is interested in my programs and money making sites then I will ask them first or I will send them the info only if they ask.

I haven't had spam here on myLot but I have lost my Emails from myLot for two weeks already so I'm just going to answer what I can.

No I guess I have been lucky so far. Usually friends send me a link after they try it and like the program. Haven't received those as well. I received very few PMs here. But I understand what you mean. I guess they bombard those "new joiners".

I can honestly say that I do not receive spam from the friends on my list (and Ihave a heck of a lot on my list). Maybe they sense how I would react Most of the friends 'know' me and know how to go about introducing me to something new. They contact me and ask first. Maybe you should consider removing some of you friends if that is all they want you as a friend for?

well, i'm your friend now......and i promise i won't send you any spam..........UNLESS IT'S A FRIED SPAM WITH CHEESE SANDWICH!!! but seriously, i don't get any spam from my fellow Mylotians.

I have met the same problems everyday.I often receive e-mail like spam.Maybe Mylot can take measures to restrict such acts.

I get a ton of spam every day, but not so far from Mylots. Time will tell of course, as I am really new here. But, I get so much spam now I may not notice the difference LOL

I have been on mylot for a year now and I do not get any spam from my friends. I do some work at home stuff so I have one friend that sends me sites to check out but that is only because I asked her to. If it is a real problem for you try sending them a message asking them not to do that and if they continue to do so then maybe they were not really your friend to start with they were just in it for pure slefishness and you should consider removing those people from your list and then try to block or report them for some type of misuse. I know that type of unwated stuff is very annoying and I wish you the best in trying to get rid of it.

Thank goodness I have never had this problem. I would suggest to notify Mylot of this problem. Maybe they can do something about it. Have you given out your email address to anyone on here? I have to a couple of friends but I only get emails from them and no one else. That is terrible that other members have messed up your experience here at Mylot. :)

I have to go along with everyone else, I haven't gotten any spam from mylot. I really like being on Mylot. I hope I don't get any or I'll just have to report it.
