I want to read some English books to impove my ability of English reading

I want to improve my English reading,could you give me some good suggestions?
read more? choice the reading books?

I am considering learning Latin, and I was a little amazed someone had spent the time to translate Dr Seuss books into Latin. Judging by your question you are a little more advanced than that. I would only recommend them if you are a beginner.
I saw an interesting Japanese instruction book that used comics as the examples. But maybe that would also be for beginning level, unless you buy something that is not specific to children. Pity you can't buy just the comics section of a newspaper - but if you can put it in your budget, an English newspaper just for the purpose of using the comics section may be a good bet.
If your ability is more advanced than that, then the young adult section of a bookstore may be your best bet. Only the Harry Potter books come to mind right now, but I hope you don't confuse English with the sporadic Latin they have ...
