Do you talk when you are sleeping?

No, I'm no talking but I do snoring I guess sometimes when I am tired. Maybe your some kinda stress. College years is always a stressful one you have to enjoy it. I don't know about how can this be remove maybe the position while you sleep, try to ask for advices from a doctor.

well i talk in my sleep often myself. and there really is no cure for it, because the dreams you are having. and dreams are somethin u are thinkin alot about and u want to happen. maybe you should watch what u ear and maybe get on a better sleep pattern. maybe that will calm down some of the talking and some of the shouting you do

thanks Gog i dont sleep talk.. i think talking while sleeping is one sign of stress or maybe because you're having a not so good night sleep.. as far as i know, the people who are talking while sleeping become half awake during bedtime.. they act and talk as if they are really awake but they are actually sleeping..

I don't think I do, but my husband says that I do sometimes. But he said he usually can't understand what I'm saying, just that I'm babbling about something, I think he said one time I did carry a conversation with him and I don't even remember, he said after awhile I just rolled over and went back to sleep...lol

I do not know how to stop it from happening. I do talk in my sleep. My hubby likes it because he can ask me anything and I tell him. lol If you are still getting a good night sleep I would leave it alone.
