What do you think dreams really mean? Do you think dreams tell us about our future? Or do you think dreams are like movies where we live out our biggest fantasies?

I think reading into your dreams too much is just silly, I dont really believe they mean anything. It's just your brain processing stuff that's happened and unwinding after the day.

So do you believe that you eat spicy foods before you go to bed that you have nightmares? I have found from my personal experiences that it is not always true.
