Hulu or OPENHulu?

There is this website at called HULU at hulu.com and they shows movies and whole episodes of TV shows for free. They mostly have good stuff on the site. But there is a new site with almost the same name and content as the original site. Are they trying to copy Hulu and try to make money out of it? Are there any advantages openhulu might have over hulu?
