who sings best: beyonce or shakira?

definitely Beyonce. She has a good voice and she can do all sorts of things with it. Shakira has good dance moves but her voice is limited

I think you cannot compare those two as I think they both are equally good. They both have great looks,voice,and dance good too. It will be difficult to choose one. Though I like the hips moves that Shakira does but rest both are great.

Of course!!! it's beyonce knowles..shakira is good dancing but nothing compares to beyonce.
