Yes it is true, but not legally. Sure, some people say that it is legal, but actually it isn't because you would not be installing Mac OS X on an authorized Apple computer. If you would like a PC with Mac OS X, the easiest way is to buy one that is already configured. It is a usb dongle that you can can use for your computer. All you need to do is plug it in your computer and put the Mac OS X install disk in it! Too bad they are not being sold yet! They are in their final testings and it should in a few stores soon!
