I believe that most of you have heard Beking Roast Duck before.Have you tasted it?It is one of the China's national food.The duck is cut into little skin and meat and is eaten with pancakes,springonions,hoisin sauce or sweet noodle sauce.The most famous restaurants in BeiJing serve this is Quanjude.Welcome to Beijing and have a taste.

The Chinese Restaurants in Australia serve something called Peking Duck, is that the same as Beking Duck?
I must confess that I don't mind a dish made with duck, especially a Chinese dish.
But I also feel a tad guilty because ducks are very intelligent birds, much more so than chickens or turkeys. Same for pigs, too, I guess.
Anyway, I imagine there's going to be a lot of Beking Duck served in Beijing over the next few months!

I think that Beking Duck in Australia must have changed a lot because that's just a imitation.As for these poor ducks,we can not require each people to have become vegetarian,so let's pray for them.

Yeah, it tastes really good especially dipped in plum sauce and hoi sin sauce. It just tastes tender and roasted! Yummy. I am hungry right now.
