I would add... Faith is something that lasts even when all the hope has gone.
What do you think? Cheers.

I agree with you...
Faith is when we can find the hope but we still believe there's a way.
Thanks for your response.

good day... yes faith is like that or in my own understanding of faith is like: One believes that a bridge can carry your weigh while having faith is actually stepping into the bridge.

I totally agree that that is what faith is i.e. believing without seeing it in the physical. It is believing that you will get money to buy your first home even if your bank account says the opposite and then begin to plan the different rooms in advance.

Yes! Hebrews 11:1 says... Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Romans 10:17- So then faith come by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
Hebrews 11:6- But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that come to God must believe that he is and that he is a re-warder of them that diligently seek him.
definition of faith: belief or trust that does not question or ask for proof.
Sometimes faith is one of the hardest things to grasp, because we can't always see the answer.

Faith and believing goes hand in hand but having faith is going much deeper in a sense that with faith you put your actions on what you believed in.
The book of Hebrews define it : "The substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. " Two things, substance and evidence, hence it is an active part of believing.
James added, For without faith it is impossible to please God.
