My daughter in law gave birth before she completed college as well. I have been babysitting for my grand-daughter while her mom has been finishing school and my son was away doing military duty. I really enjoyed having the opportunity to spend time with my grandchild. I think parents need to be flexible and work with their kids on raising the grandchildren. It's important for the children to know the love of all of their family.
It's also a benefit to my grandchild to have parents who have completed college. It'll only serve to make her life better as she grows. If I can help by doing something as simple as babysitting while her mom is in school, then it's a very small sacrifice on my part to help out.
Maybe your aunt should consider all of the good that she is doing for her family and the child care won't seem so difficult.

There are so many programs that help lower income and single mothers with daycare. A girl I know just graduated college and the government funded daycare that she takes her daughter to is quite nice and very affordable for her.
My mom always told me that she'd raised her kids, and that, while she loved children, she wouldn't be playing daycare or raising my children for me. Child rearing is difficult for anyone, but I can only imagine how stressful it is to have to take care of children that aren't your own after you've already been through all of the hoops before.
Your cousin should contact the local family and children's services in her area and see if she qualifies for any of the aid and the government funding so that her mom has some relief.
Congrats to your cousin on her baby! It's awesome that her company was so understanding and made it easy for her to continue working.
