90 year old John Lawrence Locher finally picked up his high school diploma having dropped out in 10th grade to help look after his family. The school sent the General Motors Corp. retiree an honorary diploma for ''life credits'' this past winter to his home in Cape Coral, Fla. Southwestern Principal Garnet R.
