Welcome to MyLot! Sounds like you had a pretty darn good day yesterday and hopefully things will continue along that path.My rant today does follow yours somewhat and that is why is it that with all the food some countries waste,and some governments pay farmers NOT to grow food.........why is there such a large number of people going to bed wondering if they will make it thru the night and where to get enough food to pull themselvs (and their families) thru another day?A global problem needs a global solution.ALL governments should be working together to redistribute foods to ensure at least ONE of the supposed guarantees United Nations gave each of us.Food to start with followed by fresh water supply and finally the tools and knowledge to grow their own food.If each country took %10 of their war budget and instead invested it in her fellow man,this could make a serious dent in the starvation rate throughout the world.I do NOT believe there is a food shortage as much as I believe there is a food distribution problem.
