Defunct PTC sites?

these sites are down (temporary?) max-ptc.com ptcash.biz superclickaway.com (supposedly owned by someone here on mylot) holybux.info was bought by beanybux.com clickwithus.info is parked that's about 20% loss - actually not to bad... if you are a member of PTCs, do you keep track? or just stop using a bad one and forget about it?i'm trying to document the ones i use at red-feather.info - check it out soon - please use the comment page to help me add to my "good, bad and ugly" list
