which do you prefer, riding a bike or driving a car to work ?

nowadays more and more people can afford to buy therir own cars. and there are also some advantages and disadvantages of riding a bike and driving a car. the wast gas released by the car are deteriorating the nature. which do you prefer ?

If my work place is not too far from my home,I'd like to go to work on foot or by bike.And if the distance is too long,I'll go by bus.I don't go by car cause I haven't got one now.But maybe I'll by one in future.After all,it's very convenient owning a car.However ,I do believe that the waste gas released by cars is the primary reason that lead to air pollution in many cities.So,I think it would be better reducing the use of cars.If the place you're going to is not far,why not go by bike?And riding a bike is also an useful exercise which is good for your health.
