is itunes worth it?

it seems $1 is a good deal for a song, but for a few hundred tracks, the prices begin to be overwhelming. Should I buy a CD, or use itunes?

Never tried buying one but basing on the comments above me i can see that it is interesting considering that you can just buy some tracks. But buying a VCD is also a good investment.

I use itunes, I like it to be honest... I usually don't want a whole album in the first place so it suits me to buy individual tracks. Now with the option to have DRM free tracks its even better to buy my music.

You may like only certain songs from an album. So don't buy the CD.Continue using Itunes, just delay some time when you puchase each song so that you don't spend so much of money at a time.Itunes also sometimes give some free songs to download.Recently they allow me to download (I like the way you move song)by body rock.

No In the long run, quality is pretty bad and it has DRM. Buy the cd.
