Do u think capital punishment is essential???

Many country still have capital punishment, Hanging people for the crime is the best solution?????? I agree that there should be strict legal system in process but is it right to kill someone.....

I think it depends on how heinous was the crime. If the person was remorseful or was mentally/pysically abused or is a menace to society, all these extenuating circumstances should be considered and I think that in certain cases perpetrators can be rehabilitated. I think capital punishment should only be used in cases where murder and/or violent acts were committed because in some countries they use capital punishment for crimes other than murder and all should be carefully judged on a case by case basis by a trial. This is a really heavy discussion. But, anyway, welcome to MyLot. Good luck here.

I know this is heavy discussion and we can have lot of reasons why there should be capital punishment. and thanks for ur responce. i am not new to mylot. actually i am the oldest user on mylot. i started posting on mylot when there were only 100 users but my previous account vickey123 which still exist was banned without any reason and i see only one reason why it was banned that i dont logged in for almost 6 months.

The same thing happened to me, I didn't log in for 2 months and unbeknownst to me when I did that, my account was terminated, so I understand, but I'm sorry I commented about it being a heavy discussion, as I assumed you were new. I hope you don't mind my getting off the subject, but I can't figure out how since our earnings are a result from our comments and all of our comments are intertwined I've been wondering how does MyLot administrators work that out. I guess I may never know. It's too bad that happened to you, anyway. Some glitch in the program. Sorry about that.

yes brother it is really very awfull, because i have $8.95 in my account when i leave and now i have to start all over again. i am thankful to mylot because i earn lot of money from here around $150 but the difficult part is i have to start all over again. hope this time i succeed like before. thanks again for ur concern have a nice day ahead
