What are you trying to promote your affiliate link or something? Question is how much money do they want from you to get started?

You don't have to pay them anything to get started. As I've said, it's a free-to-join program. Now, it is only if you want to get more from it, you'll then have to pay for premium membership. That is, $8.90 a month or $45 for one year.
