Anyone working at a school now?

I use to be a school custodian.I loved the job.
But didnt like the contract thing.
We got paid once a month on contract and that sucked for me.

I used to be a teacher... so i used to work in a school... and i can understand how being paid once a months sucked... and a school custodian salary is not that great too... they are the lowest paid workers in a school... but those who worked where i taught opted to stay long because their children were given free tuition fee from elementary to high school... so that compensated for the low salary...
