I usually sleep for about 6-7 hrs, and thats good enough for me. If you are not getting at least 6 hrs of sleep, I think you really will have a hard time at work specially if your work involves some heavy thinking on your part. Dont eat too much before bed time, this will keep you awake all night, how about a little exercise before going to bed? Have you tried that? Or have a shower before bed time, if you have tried a lot of things and still can not get enough sleep, try to consult a doctor, they could give you something for that. Good luck!

Lake of sufficient sleep is very painful thing.You can go and see the doctors.Or you can ask for a leave several days to have a rest in rural areas.I think that could be good for your sleep.

I have a hard time falling asleep and also staying asleep. I usually sleep about 5-7 hours a night. But I am anemic so I am constantly tired, not to mention little sleep and 2 children running around.
