Have you ever went into a discussion a saw the starter was a 3 star rating and just left? or do you stay and respond anyways?
Do you Judge people based on their Star Rating on MyLot, I personally don't as you can see I am a five star rating and that does not mean a whole lot to me right now. I just stay on mylot and enjoy the discussions rather than think about money. But how often are people judged on mylot for their star rating?

Umm What are stars, oh I just found out what they are. Well I say not really as I have just found out what they are, and I highly doubt that I will start to look at their star level and see if to post or not.

Will you judge me?

I was a bit disappointed when I saw my star. I though it has something to do with the activity and some indicators in the site. however, i changed views when I realize that not all people here (or I would say most) are into that star.
I never bothered to look into that star eversince.
good day!

No, I rarely take any notice at all of a person's star rating, as long as their discussion is interesting, and I can respond to it in a supportive way. The star rating, I've found, can be pretty meaningless at times, so I pay no heed. I'm looking for quality, relative discussions that I can get my teeth into.
Brightest Blessings.

I don't look at the star rateing that anyone has. I will respond to a discussion if I feel I can answer any of them and leave a response. I am here to have fun for I like to do this kind of thing and see all the different topics and meet new people.
I hope you enjoy your time posting here and have a good day take care.

I do not judge by star ratings at all - I believe it is a moot subject considering there is spiteful ratings going around because there are disagreements on subject matter. I don't think it's fair to judge a person on their star when the rating system is "broken" in the sense that it is abused by those with an anger issue or are spiteful.

No, I judge people based on what they write. Stars mean nothing in my opinion because I'm sure not every person that encounters your posts and discussion replies actually rate you. However, I do notice how people write here and how they conduct themselves.

I don't really notice people's stars or ratings.
There are people on MyLot that have valuable things
to say and for one reason or another their star is sliding.
That's not a personal reflection of their worth or
the quality of what they have to say.
Maybe they accidentally got embroiled in too
many discussions that got deleted.
Who knows why these things happened.
All I know is that friends are worth more
than gold on MyLot.
Your friends will stick up for you, when
someone else is being mean to you.
It's good to know people.
Be well.
Happy trails posting on MyLot!

I do not judge posters by their star rating if I am intereested in their discusison I will respond no matter if they have a 1 star or is they have a 10 star. I have seen some really good discussions from those with low stars so I don't pay any attention to them anymore.

I don't actually look at people's star rating. I don't think they are of any importance, especially as many people post threads asking people to give them negative ratings to decrease their star rating. Just because someone has a low star rating it does not mean that they have nothing valid to say, similarly someone has a high star rating can post rubbish discussions.

I have gone to many discussions to where the one who started it either was under one hundred posts and did not have a star,or had a start of five or lower,I do not just people by their star rating,no matter what star rating they have I will read the discussion if it draws my attention, and I will respond, and if the discussion is well written,I give it a positive rating, to help them get closer to a higher star,or if its bad, I will not rate it,because I do not like giving a negative rating, unless the discussion is offensive to me.

Honestly, I never look at the star rating. If it is a discussion I am interested in I will respond. I am new to myLot and don't even know that much about the star rating other than I have seen some 7, 8, 9, 10 stars. I think I just got one today.

No, I don't judge people based on their star rating, rather I read their contents.
First and foremost, I read the topic of the discussion. Is it interested me? Can I respond ? If ok, then I continue to make rsponses.

I have never ever looked at the star rating of a person. I just see the discussion and if the subject is of any interest to me I put in a response.

No, I never do that. The quality of the discussions sometimes doesn't reflect the star rating and vise versa. Some people have high ratings but only copy and paste their discussions so I don't bother reading those anymore. Others, especially the newbies, don't even have a star yet but post deep and thoughtful threads. I think the star rating helps me decide on who to give the best response award to as I always favor those with lower ratings to help them out a bit. Unless of course someone with a higher rating has a very good response, which happens a lot of time.

I do respond in a discussion that would always relate me of the discussion that I am sure I could share and know another knowledge in every discussion like we have I here an open forum and I do not care how low or high the Star Rating but as I see you are on your 7 Star already so it is good and it is a good challenge also to reached a 10 in the future.....
