What kind of dog food do you feed your dog?
Is that what you want to be feeding him? or is there something else?
I wish I could put him on something better. I've heard great things about a food called "Canidae" and a couple others but they cost too much for me.
I feed my dog nutro. He does good on it. I've tried a few other brands but he does best on nutro. I also give him fresh fruits and veggies all the time for snack or mixed in with his dog food.

I also feed my dogs Nutro. We had them on Iams until we discovered that Iams is actually full of crap that isn't good for dogs at all. They love Nutro, so it's all good!

I have five dogs ranging from 5 years old to 10 years old. I have been feeding them Nutro Natural Choice, Chicken Meal, rice and oatmeal for quite a few years. I've thought recently about going to a more natural type food but haven't decided which one to choose yet. The pups have done quite well on Nutro but my dogs are like my kids and I want to be able to feed them the best Commercial dog food I can buy for them.

It sounds as if you're feeding your dog well! Just be careful with the fruits. Grapes, which my dog loves, are poison to them as are onions and garlic. My vet told me to let my dogs have all they want--within reason--of veggies and fruits minus those three things. I don't like a lot of veggies but I buy them for the dogs! And they love apples and pears. Gus like bananas but Cookie won't touch them and they both adore honey tangerines.
I'd love to feed my dogs a premium food but, like you, can't afford it. I just make sure it's not from China!

Thats the stuff my dog loves, apples and bananas.
he loves grapes too but not allowed them because of the poison.
and i don't know if its true or not
maybe you can ask your vet but i heard tangerines can cause bladder stones because they are so acidic.
its a shame so many dog food companys only care about making money. if they didn't they could actually make a great food at a decent price people could afford!
