Why are some mothers capable of inflicting pain on their kids?

A depressed mother of 4, hungry and out of touch suddenly stabbed her 4 kids.Each having multiple wounds. Its a big news in Manila about three days ago.

Sad to here that. No mother will do harm to her kids. What happened there was a mother going out of her mind because of a big, big problem.Let's pray for her.
