When your posts have been deleted, will you be curious to know exactly ...

which ones that have been deleted, and what kind of words that have been against myLot's rules?
Just take one example ... if your posts were deleted, did you always know which ones they were,
or at least, you would still be able to guess which ones that were deleted?
Some people might not have such good memories about which ones that have been deleted and the exact text they have posted in the deleted posts. They would only know that their number's points suddenly decreased.
So in this case, for example if I experienced it, and my number had decreased several points, and I had such poor memory, I wouldn't know what kind of posting that had broken the rules / guidelines, right?
Don't you think we need some 'notification' about what kind of violation against myLot rules that have been within the deleted posts / discussions? At least, we would still need some feedbacks so we wouldn't repeat the same mistake, right?

i think you are definitely right with that. this topic has been discussed so many times over and over again. people really do become frustrated when their post being deleted and without any notice of it why it has to be deleted. i think for so long mylot should have done something about this matter. it annoys a lot of members.

It would be very nice if when a post of yours is deleted, or a discussion where one of your posts are, or a discussion you have started is deleted, it sure would be nice to know which one, and why. Many times we see our numbers in here go down and have no reason why. For me, sometimes I think it could just be a glitch and sometimes maybe something against the rules. But for me, I think we will never really completely know, and so we just continue on posting away and hoping the best from there.

I have never known which ones were deleted, I only know that some have because of my earnings changing from one day to the next. For example, in the earnings link on top of the page, they break down what you made each day. Well, one day, for example June 3rd it said I earned 96 cents a few days ago and now I see it today it says I made 93 cents. So I have to assume that one of my responses must have been deleted or the discussion I responded to must have, because I didn't post any discussions that day myself.
But it also works in our favour too, for example on June 6th it said I made 1.02 and then a few days later it said I earned 1.24 so I can only guess that more people responded to some of my discussions that I posted that day, that they paid me more for.
I would like to know which responses or discussions I posted got deleted but I guess since mylot deletes hundreds of them a day, they don't have the time to tell us.

hello bongkarpasang,
yes it would be so nice if we can know which post is deleted so we wouldnt do the same mistake again or at least have an idea what really happened.
the first month i get active her i got 2 of my discussion deleted, it breaks my heart as i thought i am just being active here and all that and then the next morning it is gone.
i wrote the admin an email asking what had happened but like most the only "vivid" answer is i may have violated the rules and regulations of mylot.
going through that time i have realized that this site is not mine and that the owner/admin have their own right to do whatever they want to do.
when we signed up in here we are asked if we agree to the rules and regulations and WE did right? so that alone stand as their weapon to tell us that it is theirs and not ours and we are just here coz of them.
i know we, as a member, play a very vital role of the success of mylot but i guess you can just imagine the work you have to do if you have hundreds if not thousands of members and you have to watch out everything they do and then write them will just take so much of your time right and that will just be a huge work for you being an owner..
anyway, i am just giving you a perspective in my case and as well as trying to place myself in their (mylot owners) shoes.
just my two cents on your thread.
takecare

Normally, if one of my discussions get deleted it's because someone posted an affiliate link as a post. I've recently started adding at the bottom of some of my discussions, at least one's that I know could possibly be tempting to those who haven't read the guidelines, that they should not post their links. That they should friend me, and then Message me their link.
It's worked for the most part, but I still get someone who doesn't pay attention and they don't read my warning.
I believe they should alert the people in violation of the guidelines, delete the specific post, and not the entire discussion.

The has always been a sore spot for many of us but we are pretty well used to the fact that we shall never know why myLot does what it does. Your idea has been posted numerous times as we all get frustrated over this and so many other deletions.

Well,I have seen mylotters requesting mylot to let them know the reason why their posts were deleted. But,it seems that mylot doesn't want to implement it.
Well,of course, they would be cautious not to reveal the mylot earnings algorithm too much and I don't necessarily blame them.
But,seeing from the mylotters point of view it would just sound crazy if the number of postings gets decreased and you just watch it without even knowing why and where it was deleted.
Well,if they can't tell the reason for deletion,at least they might send a copy of the response which was deleted to us.
In that way,at least we can try to figure out what went wrong and also this will help us not to repeat the same mistake again.
i just hope mylot does something about this soon.
Cheers! Have a fantastic day
Happy mylotting and happy earnings.

I wouldn't know which of the responses I posted got deleted unless I receive a notification from mylot which response has been deleted and what were the violation I made to get it deleted.
Yes, I agree that there should be notification since we can't really track each responses we post. Yes, we will notice the number of posts decrease, but we wouldn't know which one got deleted.
There's nothing wrong if some of our posts get deleted if we really made violations from the rules, but I guess we need a notification too so we would know and we learn from those mistakes or violations we made.
Have a great day!
