PTC, has anyone heard them?

I saw many PTC now on the internet, including Bux.to, advercash.net, and many more. I just want to ask, have anyone paid from them?

I haven't got any payment proofs coz I didn't invest anything to it, I just collected $3 from Bux.to and haven't reached the minimum payout, so I joined some of the Traffic Sites and Referral Programs like EasyHits4u and GetRef.
