I've always been satisfied with my income. Then again I've done jobs I've loved and have been interested in. So from my own viewpoint I've never had to work for my money, I've always had plenty, which has meant ability to invest and make weird and weirded business ventures (I love the English word venture) which in turn have increased my cashflow.

If you just finished your studies, I guess you cant demand much unlike those who have experience, you wont be able to bargain. I suggest that if you really like the job and company, even if the starting offer/salary is low, accept the job. When you have established yourself or proved that you are worthy of an increase then talk to your superior or maybe if there will be a vacancy soon it will be easier for you to move up the ladder. I'e been through this before, I accepted a job which offered way below my expected salary simply because its related to my course and the company is well known and very established which is very important nowadays. And guess what, after 3 months I got a raise which was almost twice, I couldnt believe it at first but of course I know and my superior/boss know I deserve it because I was able to prove that I am efficient and all.

I feel excited when I got my job. I thought the salary is a lot to me. But once I pay for myself and feed myself. Until now, I still can't save up money. I always feel that money is not enough. Besides, the petrol hike up is another burden for me.
It's true that not many university and colleges teaching what we need in the company. They teach us the general things, so we need to use our own way to gain experience and confident.

honestly, I am not.
I have to say that compared to the other people who work in the same field with me, and same position, even same task, or even lighter tasks, I have been paid less than they are.
I think fresh graduates should make a survey before applying for the job in a company. if they have any connection with any worker of the company, they should get some information first before they accept the job / salary. make sure that the company's future is clear for them, or their position and salary would just get stuck if they keep being there.
I think to get experience is okay with low salary, but when someone has enough experience to apply for a better company, the person had better moved out and kicked for that better job.
