Instant noodles bad for health?

The answer is yes. Instant noodles coutin the calories and the sodium and MSG inside,but in the busy cities of most countries,and with the way how marketing side has become quite a norm to the society.

well, yeah, they say it is bad for health. but i think as with all unnatural foods, too much of them --that would be bad. i guess if we drink or eat something artificial everyday, then i guess that would take its toll on our bodies after some time.
so my rule is, take everything in moderation. that would also be good for our weight management.

yes it is. it is loaded with saturated fats. noodles have been deepfried several times that's whay they are as hard as stone. transfat must be there too.
oh not to mention the preservatives that go with it. why not try making your own home made noodles?

I think that everything instant is unhealthy. Just like fast food. Noone will tell you this, couse they want you to buy it, right? ^^
