Why do I so heartburn?

It could be just a bit of reflux which is something most of us get, you can take antacid tablets but if you think it may be anything more then you should go to have it checked at the doctors.

As soon as I went low carb my very bad acid reflux went away. Cut back on sugar and starches, especially at night and see if it helps.

I get this myself. I take medication for it every day also. I also take something that is over the counter for it.
