Yes I am a cricket fan right from my childhood. I remeber the world cup semifinals in 1987 where we all sat at home and enjoyed the match but finally could see India lose. Yes I agree that cricket has over looked all other games especially in India. No doubt Dhoni and Yuvraj has been called as guests in ongoing Euro 2008. Which do you prefer, football or cricket?

Its the other way around for me. I used to play lot of cricket when i was in school. Did not play much of football, though we used to play football from small tennis ball. It was really fun. I love watching football than cricket. The Euro 2008 has been very much facinating to me. My favourites are Holland. What about you?

In India there is hardly any other game that children play other than cricket. As we all know that Cricket is a religion in India I am devote of this religion right from the childhood. Although I didn't played cricket professionally but yes I played cricket all my childhood in "Gali". I am right hand batsmen and right arm off spinner. I wasn't a big hitter instead I love to take singles.

yaa there is politics involved which brings negative results to it . BCCI should see into the matter other wise young brigade would lose hope . there is lot of young generation who wants to adopt it as the carrer.

When the british introduced the game in india it was a gentlemens game. Now its no longer a gentlemens game. It a game of money. Corporates and bollywood stars buy teams for millions. BCCI earns several millions. We indians dont concern about everyday problem like unemployment, poverty, terrorism and corrupted politics. Millions waste their valuable time watching this nonsense game that is profitable by for a few. Indians should boycott this game.

Ya i think cricket is good fun sometimes. True that it has 'become a passion' for a lot of people, young and old. And with the success of IPL one thing is for sure Cricket is here to stay! But its not as if i'm crazy about cricket, personally i like watching football more.
