Congradulations.. for postings 100.. this is the first target for the every new users in mylot.
And also in this point of time, i would like to intimate you one informations..
You just concentrate on the Qulaity of the discussions, rather than the number of postings..
Because in mylot you can find the people those who earn around $2.00 and more for their 20-25 Discussions and responses.. and also you can find the people those who post the discussions/responses more than 40+..
And also avoid raising the discussion in asingle word/liners discussions and responses, which will not help you to improve your earnings in mylot.

Congrats, you made it, feels good after all that hard work, right? At 200 you will have the ability to include the smiley faces in your comments and at 500 you can copy and paste and include pictures into your comments. Keep up the good work carrotcake.

Just keep on being active and finding interesting discussions to participate in 
that's what I usually do, maybe it would work for you too.
Use the search feature of the site if you want to start a new discussion, perhaps someone else has already has posted a discussion that you wanted to start.
Anyway, congratulations on your 100th post, a thousand isn't really that difficult since you know that you can do it
