Paypal Premier vs Bussiness

My sister has a premier paypal account and I have a bussiness one. None of them is verified. Can i buy stuff oN ebay or STEAM with a Premier account? Because that is the one I would preffer to use.

Some of the sites need buyers to be PayPal verified members while some of them do not require that. You can try to find those sites that allow non-verified PayPal buyers and buy the stuff you like.
