Is it to much to love a dog to much?

I have this newfriend and well I went to her house and she calls her dog her child, but the thing that gets me and makes me think that she is a little wierd is the fact that she KISSES her dog. NO REALLY SHE KISSES IT like ON THE MOUTH. Okay to tell you the truth it did not bother me much because I have seen people feed them through their mouth but I was jsut wondering, I dont even like dog slobber on my pants or hands. Hey at least they say that a dogs mouth is cleaner than a humans right. I mean yeah her dog is an inside dog but she lets it out every now and then even so its eating dog food, and while outside who knows what kind of dead thing that animal is getting and putting in its mouth. Mabye its just me and how I am OCD. I want everything clean and perfect and if its not than I'm not happy. HAHAH lol
