Tea could refresh and revitalize me up it really true.
I drink cold fresh black tea every time dehydrate come up to me.
Supposed you have to drink natural tea without additives, such as preservatives or colorings.
And it would have to be made from real tea leaves, so it could be contained protective antioxidants.
Hydration is key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Tea is a great tasting way to get your necessary daily fluid intake.

I heard green tea is good for your health. My mom keep telling me to drink it and keep sending me the green tea from Japan. I try to drink them in the morning and at night.

Yes, it is, especially green tea, though I hear that white tea might be the best of the teas. It helps strengthen our immune systems, protects us from heart probs and diabetes, and helps us lose weight. And anything that does all of that, while still tasting great, is fine by me!

Tea is great for our bodies. The best tea is green tea. It had alot of antioxidents which help keep our bodied healthy.
