i can be the best that i can be because i'm the best

I do my best because that is what is expected of me. God wants me to be the best me that I can be to help grow HIS kingdom.

it's all incorporated in that.. compensation, promotion and/or compliment.. but at the end of the day, the reason why you should be doing your best is not becasue of these things, but self-fulfillment. =) happy mylotting!

a high compensation and a very good recommendation from your boss counts a lot! as for myself, it really motivates me to give my best shot. Who wouldn't want an increase in salary or a promotion. right? Just keep in mind that as long as you're not trying to lower down your colleagues reputation and you're not making any unselfish moves, then it's ok for you to have that attitude.

I suppose most people want to get promoted, be acknowledged and gain compliment from others. People will be motivated by doing so. They will try to be good and may go all out to improve themselves.

i try to give my best to my company but i dont know my company did not give the best for me. it makes me be unmotivational employee now. i have to leave my recent company.
