Online Shopping - Worst Experiences

I purchased a bike one, the shop charged my credit card twice for the item, on separate days, then threatened to charge as many more times as they wanted when I complained.

I bought a glass table top cooker from EEZEE tv on sky , it was broken and I had a terrible time getting them to uplift it then I had great problems getting a refund , In the end I had to get the "Sunday Mail Judge " in the newspaper to get involved( I live in Scotland) that worked and I did get my money back but I would NEVER shop there again xx

I think my worst experiences have been with e-bay sellers, though i've never had an experience so bad as to put me off, in all case the situation has managed to be resolved. Recently i ordered a DVD online and it said it would take up to 7 days for delivery, i waited over a month and still it hadn't even been dispatched, and although i got a refund sorted after maiking a compliant to the customer services i felt annoyed that i wans't told when ordering that my items wasn't actually in stock, and that no one kept me updated on my item either. I've ordered a different DVD with them now, and this is their last chance to get it right, or i'll not bother with them again.
