the stereotypical image is that you have people who like cats and don't like dogs and the others that like dogs and don't like cats.
Do you fit in this stereotype? Or maybe you just love animals in general?
Or you prefer cats, but don't really hate dogs?
For my it's the latter i think, although i can be a bit terrified of the slaver of a dog. I also don't like the enthousiastic jumping of some dogs.
You could say that i'm a real cat-person :) .

I like both cats and dogs but I am a cat lover I would much rather have an independent cat than a dog as pet. I am scared of some dogs as I have been bitten by a dog before I have never been bitten by a cat. I love my two little kittens!

auwch... don't like the thought of being bitten by a dog.
Strangely enough i've been bitten by an agry/scared cat a few times, but they bite not that hard, they bite very fast and more as a warning. But still it's more painfull then the playfull bites...
I've heard that dogs like to keep hold of what they bite, that's a scary thought.

Oh,maybe I'm a little different,I love both dogs and cats.Certainly, these two kinds of pets have their own strengths and weaknesses.Dogs are generally considered extremely loyal,but I don't like their enthousiastic jumping too,and I can't bear dogs are drooling.As for cats,they look like lovely but they like scratch furniture at home.Although dogs and cats have many shortcomings,I still love them.

that's the view i'm slowly taking too :) .
Although maybe my preference for cats is too old to just go away :p . i've learned a few good trick to keep cats away from scratching the furniture, so that's not really a problem. But there are still shortcommings, that's true. (Like the fact that they are easy to get allergic too while for dogs it's the opposite)

I've always had both cats and dogs so I like them both. Not all dogs slobber and not all dogs jump up and down like lunatics.
