For anyone doing PTR, tell me if you think this is a good idea

I have already 'stolen' your banners in the past so this would be a great idea, It is so difficult to promote a site if it has not got a banner as the places to promote it are so limited. I am not good at making them. Yes go ahead and inform when it's set up and you'll get a place on my 'blue' blog with it Maybe you shouls have a 'contact' so that we can inform when we come across sites that do not have a banner.
