i manager to walk atleast 3 km daily apart from routine moving around in the opffice and within the house, but the 3 kms i walk extra is not brisk walking, it is for dropping my children at the bus stop where they catch the school bus from, or to the nearby vegetable store, but i still walk

Not much at all. I walk in work but it isn't much so I starte dtomake slight changes where now instead of using the elevator, I take the steps and I moved my fax machine and copier which I use too, too often, in the outer office so I am forced to get up and walk much more instead of sitting behind my desk, but I walk here and there after work with friends but nothing consisten. I nee dto be motivated more so i will walk, it's like my mind is motivated but not my body!

i preffer walking since it's excercise so i make it a point to walk a km or two before training :D
