what should I do to get SFI Cash Card?

Can you tell me what should I do to solve my problems? I've joined SFI since last year but I start active inSFI since several months ago. I've got $34. It means I'm eligible to get the SFI Cash Card. I've requested the card in 15th May. It said that for international member the card will be send in 15-25 business days. I've asked payoneer(the card's maker), and they said, they cannot track whre is my car now. I think I should be patient now. Do anybody have same experience with me?
