tuition is my biggest worry as well. i live in south africa and government refuse to have afrikaans public schools. i am left with expensive private schools. the cheapest is 1000 rand a month. thats half my salary. then comes the tertiary education. we are white and the chance that my daughter will be excepted is very low.

Well I guess what scares me is that I am not able to see him in the coming years. I wanted to be with him all these days and I am just afraid something might happen to me and I am not able to see my son grow up. I know this is absurd but it can happen.

Which parents do not worry about their children especially their future? I would give my daugther the best, education wise and all but the only thing I'm afraid is that how will she grow up to be? Do I pamper her too much that she become a spoilt child? Will she hang around with the wrong group of people? I would never know all those until when the day comes. Just pray that she'll grow up to be a good girl.

My biggest fear is of the mess we are leaving them. We have it within our power to bring down the deficit and clean up the environment, but instead we are handing them one huge mess. I worry about what they will go through because of our excesses. I always said I would not have children for those reasons. Ooops...surprise. Now that I have a child I am even more concerned about it.
