I started wearing eyeglasses when I was in grade five that was around 11 years old... Actually,before I want to wear eyeglasses because it makes you look intelligent but as days goes by it became uncomfortable to me wearing an eyeglasses... Then other kids start teasing me as an old lady because here in our country, only older people wear eyeglasses...
Even though I don't want to use eyeglasses, I don't have any choice because my head will start aching if I don't used it...

Yes, the same as you, I started wearing glasses since my student days. I coudn't see clearly what my teacher was writing on the black board. That's how it all started. It was very uncomfortable the first few months. Now ok. I don't have a choice too "old lady" ! LOL. Just being friendly !

hi kissie!my eyesight is also weak but i not wear eyeglasses its make me uncomfortable. i try to avoid eyeglasses but my eyesight is slightly weak so it doesnot make any differnece to me.but it make difficult for those how cant see without eyeglasses.i will suggest u to wear eyeglasses cause it will hurt more if u not wear them and dont think about others comments they will be not happy if u not wear glasses they find something else to pass some comments on u. just think about urself.

yup, i start wearing my eyeglasses when I was 18 year old. It really hamper my physical activity but I have no choice but to get used to it.
