I am a thinker and worrier like Sherlock27. My family member such as my husband always blaimed that i was thinking too much .I don't know what u usually think about. But i'm always thinking sth which is unnecessary to others. For instance, i had a talk with my head in the department and maybe there is some word to affend him. When i realize it , i will think it from time to time and worry about it . That really makes me distressed but i just couldn't control myself not to think about that. I think it is somehting like mental problem.

Thinking should not be a crime. Try to do it now, not to think of anything for 10 minutes..... Can you do it? I think no. See, the word think comes again. Thinking is a never-ending process, and it does not harm if you just think. However, putting your thought into action would be another issue as it can hurt people. However, we are humans, we are sensible to know, whether some thoughts are to be put into actions, or whethere they are not. Therefore, thiking deeply is good, rather than thinking and do it without good cosiderration.

I just tell people that I don't think amy more than average, but to the person who does not think enough, it appears that I think alot, or perhaps even too much.

I'm a thinker too. My family says I think too much and stress over things. I'm also a worrier. My motto is be ready for any thing that life throws at you. Besides the brain needs the exercise too. We have to keep the "gray matter" moving.

Hi,it's all right for think a lot.You are right, and they are wrong. That's it.You don't need to care about what they said about you.I have to say that we are the same.I often watch the sky,and think about the past, the future. So ,you don't need to worry about this, let's think over again and again .

Wow, a lot of us will be locked up if thinking is a crime. Thinking is good (of course, positive, constructive thoughts). It's only when we have negative, destructive thoughts of anger, revenge, etc - then it's bad. Even then we are doing harm to only ourselves. So take care!
