there is a man who has been featured in the television for starting his own business with only a hundred pesos, thats $2.00. He used the money to make leaflets which says he is willing to repair anything from car to plumbing for a low price. He posted these leaflets to public walls and you know what? Someone called him to fix his car.
He had no money so he asked for downpayment, saying that the money will be used for buying spare parts. He did buy the spare parts and fixed the car and received his full payment. this goes on with other customers.
He then started buy and sell business, buying things from his money and then selling them for a profit.
The feature said now has his own buy and sell company.
The idea is you should know what you can offer.

Hi richeim,
That reminds me of a story I use to hear about my great aunt and uncle.
By the time my cousins and I came along all we knew was the gas station/restautant they owned.
But I always heard the same story, 'Seab and Coreen started out by sitting by the side of the road with a foot tub full of ice with drinks to sell.'
That place is gone now, but my cousins and I have some wonderful memories.

My husband has always wanted his own business, and like you said, who can do that without piles of money? Not us.
We seem to have stumbled on our business though. We breed Boston Terriers. We have $6,100.00 worth of pups in the yard and living room as I speak.
I was going to try to go back to work, went to school and everything to get my certification. But it looks now like I'll be home taking care of this business instead.
It works for me because I don't want to work outside the home.

I believe three important assets that one needs to start his or her own business are time, creativity and commitment. These three will certainly make sure you are successful if only you will stick and be faithful to them. Impatience never pays because you just never know when your breakthrough will come. Commitment is nature and God's way of testing you to see if you really want what you have started. So go on and make time, be creative and commit to whatever you are doing and the dream will certainly not die.
