Would you go in for mass marriage.

These days it is become a tradition to have mass marriages, and believe me it is a sight to see. So many brides and grooms all together, taking vows etc. It actually gives you goosebumps. I think much as we would like to marry individually, it is a very wise thing to do. It cuts down the cost drastically, leaving the money saved for them to start a new life. It does help these young couples. I would encourage my son to do so too. I know this occassion usually comes once in a lifetime and you would like to splurge on it, but then the same memories can be captured with mass marriage also. What about you guys.

I have never heard of a mass marriage. I don't think I would like that very well because it is to be a persons special day and I really would not think it was very special if everyone attending had their focus on everyone elses wedding happening at the very same time. I think I would prefer the traditional wedding.

I actually "won" my wedding & honeymoon from a radio station. They held a contest, we all had to write a story about how we met. I was one of 10 couples married February 14,1996.. I always wonder how many of us are still married, I am :) It was nice, we all said our vows in unison AND we were on the nightly news !! Everything was paid for, even our near and dear ones came. It really was a special day, and one I'll never forget !!
