Just this morning i woke up very much confused of what to start of with since its the second Monday since classes began I though should I start clinic or should I just stay home and start reading up on the chapters assigned to as for the up coming lectures.Oh i still didn't decide but there i was awake, ready and off to school..to get things started...i first stopped by my locker and off to the endo-perio section to listen and observe our Professor demonstrate Oral Prophy and listened to some of his suggestions after which our thank yous and off to the FGH LANAI just in time after hearing a Page from the Guards Area of Patients from the Operation Smile where a RPD Case was available.Hmm...i approached that area quiet hesitant at first but i thought again and walked my way to the patients and obviously asked each one to open their mouth and there a bilateral case caught my attention and i just asked the patient a few questions of whether they would be willing to frequently comeback to ceu for the various procedures to be done and once he approved I decided to take him as my patient...First Plan was to have a study cast ready for the Oral diagnosis and there I go running to get my things ready for his impression ..successfully ...after my second try i produced a mounted study cast now i'm all set to interview th patient and he very much cooperated DURING THE ORAL EXAMINATION and at around 3pm i'm all set for my patient's OD.hmm just entering the OD SECTION TRIGGERS my Nervousness to raise even more..A TWIST OF doubts the C.I. wasn't that harsh they helped a lot in making me understand Oral diagnosis in a simplier manner...woosshh.. after answering the C.I.'s Questions i was relieved when she approved my case and that moment made me want to jump right then and there. But that wasn't the end everything was just about to start and thinking of it stresses me...but then again we don't have to worry because with strength, alertness and faith we can do anything...Hopefully...Goodluck to all of us...Godbless
