I recenlty found out that because this year is leap year, it is a acceptable for a woman to ask a man to marry her. Now I have never been one for old fashioned stuff where it has to be the man that asks etc etc despite it being a leap year or not I would ask the person if I wanted to however my partner got cross about this and said that he would get offended.
Do all men feel like this or women do you think it should be done by a man?

I would ask a man anyway if I really thought it was the right thing for us whether it was leap year or not. I'm not really into the idea of getting married anyway but I might in the future if I meet the right person.

The leap year thing sounds like an old wives tale to me. But so what. Whatever works for you. Iwould ask my man to marry me all over again. And in a heartbeat.
