The Han Dynasty lasted 500 years longer than it was overthrown? Can the Chinese also explored the west? Could they conquer what's THERE?

I don't think so. Chinese never have the desire of outward expansion even if they have this capacity.In most cases, chinese people always have a conservative mentality,their greatest desire is just unify the whole China.Even if a minority with a strong expansive desire had built a goverment,they also will soon meet the whole China and give up the expansion,just like Yuan and Qing Dynasty.So chinese had no interests to conquer the west in history.
