Are you close to your mother or father side?

i think im more close to cousins from my mum's side.Perhaps is because the age between my cousins from my mum's side and i are quite close.And we can talk more.While cousins from my father's side are still small kids.They play games that we do not play.The topics they talk about,im not interested either.

Hi dianagnes, I like both sides equally, because I want people around me. I don't look in to whether they come to my place or not but I willmake a visit to their place whenever I am free and spend some time with them. Because of this I have becomean important person to both sides and for any function in my place relatives from both sides visit me and we all will have agood time together.This has generated a huge friendship circle for me, which keeps me busy always, which I like very much. I'm closer to my mum's side of the family because my da's side was freaking nuts. You could barely trust anyone on that side of the family but there were a few you could get used to. We're so close to my mum's family because we spent a lot of time with them. She has a huge family so we got to them.

Definitely my mother side. My maternal grandmother brought me up and I am very close to her. I am also close to my maternal cousins, uncles and aunties. I even have reunion dinner with them on CNY eve.

Close to my father side. i was my father favorite child so I got to spend a lot of time with his family and they took a liking to me more than my otehr siblings as a results. Then again, my mother and father family didn't get along too well, but I, unlike my siblings, never took a side so I had a great relationship with my father side of the family and still do to this day.
