How many hours do you sleep in a day?

I try to sleep at least an average of 6 hours per day so I could get the proper amount of energy for work. If I would sleep less than this, I feel tired and weak and can't concentrate. I have to take vitamins to have an extra energy.

They did a sleep study, and found that one male slept for 4 hrs for 6 days, and when he went in he was healthy and 6 days of sleep depravation caused him to be pre diabetic ( meaning he is at high risk for diabetes )
They also scanned the brain of a slep depraived person and it matched the scan of a person with a mental ilness
so , sleep is very important!!!
and i sleep 6-9 hrs .. depends on the night..motsly 7-8

Because I have a back injury on average I sleep 2 - 3 hours. And then some nights I won't sleep at all. I can for quite a few days on end without sleeping and even then after days of not sleeping I will only get the average of 2 - 3 hours of sleep. Mind you I have to have an afternoon nap on somedays as I find it quite hard and difficult to function some days.

I can't get less than ten hours
sleep or I don't feel
good at all.

I usually sleep 8-10 hrs, but some days I do not sleep at all, so You can say that I get back the time spent,

I need at least 6 hours to feel ok. If I sleep less than that I am tired the next day I often need to take some sort of sleep aid to go to sleep. I like to exercise and that will sometimes help me to sleep.

I sleep for about nine hours every day. And yet I always feel like I could sleep forever. If I get less than nine hours it will haunt me for at least a week. I really dislike that feeling of being weak and that just brings on my migraines.

I normally sleep for about six hours and feel fine with that. If I sleep less or more, I feel sluggish all day so that must be my magic number.

Most of the time I need 8 hours, but once in awhile I can get by on less. But when I fall short over a period of time, I crash one day and sleep more.
