Can you adapt quickly to a new environment?

There was a big change in our company recently,some leaders exchange their position. Our department have a new leader, i don't like the ways of dealing with situations that he dose.I can not adapt him quickly and I always have a bad mood in my work-time.All friends here what can I do.....

Look for ways to make yourself the leader. Change is hard but if you adapt to that you can adapt to anything. Get right in there and help things run smoothly, don't throw a monkey wrench in because things are new and different. See how you can rise to the top, it will make your work seem less tedious and you'll probably get noticed for using creativity instead of negativity.
