People say that I am too young to love. When is the right ime to say so?

My friends and family say that I can't really be in love at the age of 16 because I haven't been on earth that long to know what it feels like. I don't think I have to be older to feel like I am, I just know what I feel is real! Me and my girl has been together for almost 3 years, I would think that if I'm still with her and still find intrest in her that I would be in love. What is this then if I'm wrong? Love or just lust?

there is no right age to love. it always depends on the maturity of the person. even children know how to love. but if you are talking a bout entering into a relationship, it's best to enter one when you are mature enough to know your obligations to yourself, to other people and to your loved one.

well it all comes down to what your conscience tells you
(but just in case if your conscience is as messed up as mine heres a hint)
would each of you kill yourself over each other?
who is the most important in your life?
do you think you ready?
would your feelings stay the same no matter what?
the best solution to this as crazy as it sounds is to temporally see other people and to see if its the same.

and another piece of advice is don't say the phrase "i love you" until your sure this is the one cuz man that will really mess you up

Well we did that befor. We kind of had like an on and off thing at 1st but now we just really been workin out all of our problems now that we have been growning togeter. I don't want to have to do that agin with her because we did that just to many time now so... idk

Honey lust would have faded my now! You are in love! first love! You can be in love at 16. people at your age just do not know a whole lot about it that all.
